Mechanical Engineer
- Reporting to the Head of Mechanical Engineering, you will provide mechanical process engineering design services, act as the package owner for mechanical equipment as well as organising commissioning activities.
You'll work closely with project managers, design disciplines, construction management teams, contractors, suppliers and Clients ensuring each phase is completed on time and to a high standard.
In a multi-disciplinary environment, you will provide mechanical engineering advice from Conceptual Design to Detailed Design and into construction and commissioning phases.- - Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Hold IMechE Chartership or be working towards.
- Specific sector related experience including; Advanced Manufacturing Technology, Chemical, Petrochemical, Energy & Environmental and Gas.
- Knowledge of ASME BPE and other hygienic design standards, such as EHDEG, 3A, etc.
- Ability to lead design teams (including Engineers & CAD Designers/Technicians) and coordinate effectively across multi-disciplined teams.
- Effectively manage and interact with clients, architects and other disciplines of engineers.
