Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare and Polish: Handle the preparation, review, and processing of commercial proposals, term sheets, and agreements.
  • Keep Track: Maintain meticulous records of deal pipelines, negotiation stages, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate and Collaborate: Manage internal approvals and documentation workflows to keep deals moving forward efficiently.
  • Support and Streamline: Assist dealmakers with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and timely follow-ups.
  • Liaise and Link: Act as the connector between sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless deal terms and execution.
  • Communicate and Compose: Draft professional correspondence and create client-facing materials that enhance deal discussions.
  • Monitor and Manage: Keep tabs on contract timelines, renewal dates, and deliverables to ensure everything is compliant and on track.
