Role: Store Operations Audit Assistant
Contract: 23 Month Fixed Term Contract

Working Hours: 8:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday with the opportunity for remote working 2 days per week

This is an exciting opportunity for an excel wizard to join the Store Operations Team. Working to support the Regional Store Operations Department with administrative, professional, organisational and communication tasks including auditing and reporting to support with Regional compliance.
The successful candidate will be highly accurate, articulate and professional and must be both proactive and reactive to effectively prioritise a high volume of tasks and meet strict deadlines. Successful candidates will have integrity and an advanced proficiency in excel skills.

They should also be positive, driven and self-sufficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative and professional support for the Regional Teams
  • Advanced level of excel skills
  • Report creation
  • Managing the efficient and accurate flow of communication both internally and externally
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external business stakeholders, responding to requests in a polite and professional manner
  • Processing invoices through ARIBA
  • Updating Personnel data through Workday

  • Ability to build strong stakeholder engagement with internal colleagues through excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritise workload
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, plan ahead and effectively prioritise conflicting requirements

  • Flexible to business requirements and able to change plans as circumstances change
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
  • Fully proficient in all elements of Microsoft Office along with the ability to quickly understand new software
  • Takes personal responsibility for resolving queries and issues
  • Ability to ask the right questions, challenging ineffective and inefficient processes
  • Ability to take initiative and put newly acquired knowledge into practice quickly
  • Relevant experience in an administration-based role
