Currently based in London and Newcastle, our teams work on a remote first basis with the option to work in our London office if desired. The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager with a distinctive blend of strategic, brand, and digital expertise - particularly in delivering complex paid media campaigns and brand strategy within the professional services and B2B sectors.You’ll work closely with the Head of Delivery and cross-functional teams spanning strategy, brand, design, development, and performance media to drive project success across online and offline channels. You will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, translating complex ideas into clear plans and guiding senior clients confidently from concept through to delivery.
Fluency in brand and campaign language is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. You’ll be adept at scoping and budgeting, building watertight statements of work, and creating detailed project plans that align stakeholders, timelines, and resources.You will manage activities across media planning, asset production, campaign launches, performance monitoring, market analysis and competitor research, brand definition and activation, and strategic consultancy - always with a focus on quality, creativity, and operational precision.
Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools is a strong advantage, as is confidence in handling interdependent workstreams with competing deadlines.
As the senior point of contact for your projects, you’ll demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, building trust with C-suite clients and internal teams alike. You’ll bring a high level of commercial acumen, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional creative outcomes.Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving inputs, you’ll steer your client and your team through tight turnarounds and shifting priorities, keeping a firm grip on scope, reporting, and project health. Your leadership will inspire teams and clients alike - driving clarity, momentum, and results.

- Be able to work on any project at any stage; and capable of managing multiple jobs / tasks to their time and standards, achieving desired outcomes
- Hosting client status calls and managing expectations
- Write and share project documentation such as scopes of work and status reports with the Head of Delivery
- Manage internal project resourcing, deliverables and budgets with a detailed commercial awareness for the business
- Detailed understanding of the processes for delivering paid media campaign projects across a range of channels and formats
- Strong ability to translate the campaign briefing documents into clear briefs

Requirements
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- A graduate degree or equivalent/relevant Project Management qualification is essential
- 5+ years of experience in a digital agency as a Project Manager or Producer
- Excellent understanding of stakeholder management and client relationship experience
- A solid understanding of various project management methodologies and how to adapt these to the project and client deliverables
- Demonstrable experience working within complex projects with a range of different of project teams
- Proven experience of managing project finances, timelines and internal resourcing
- Outstanding multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Track record delivering brand projects from strategy through to activation
- Confident with campaign performance terminology, ability to interpret results and key metrics
- Confident with managing asset creation across digital design, videography, photography, OOH and print
Desirable Skills:
- Feel comfortable with multiple teamwork tools such as JIRA and Asana to satisfy internal and external necessities
- Ability to handle difficult client conversations with support from Head of Delivery
- Experience with the web development process, including coordinating web project discovery and strategic activities, UX/UI, front and back-end development and QA
Candidate Specification:
- Track record of successful small and large scale campaign project deliveries
- Solid experience delivering brand and strategy projects from inception through to activation
- Comfortable communicating up to C-suite level
- Excellent organising and planning skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Self-starter who is proactive in nature
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build effective cross functional and external relationships
- Effective negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong presentation skills

- Comfortable with MS Office, Google Suite, Jira and project management plan tools
- Currently based in the UK with the right to work. We cannot support Visa requirements.
Next steps and interview process:
Successful candidates can expect the following interview process:
- Initial call with our Senior Operations Manager and Senior Project Manager
- A 1-1.5hr interview with the Head of Delivery and Senior Project Managers where a short presentation task will take place. You will be given at least 3-days notice in preparation for this interview.
- A final call with the Head of Delivery and CEO / Strategic Partnerships and People Director
Starting Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per year, dependent on location and experience.
Benefits- Remote First: We support our staff to work wherever they want in the UK, and after passing probation we support short stints of remote work abroad. We don't require staff to come in regularly to the office, only for staff or client events.
- Share Scheme: We operate a share scheme for all current members of staff that are with us for over a year.
- Holiday: 20 days plus a day for every year you work up to 25 days, plus Bank Holidays, and a shutdown in between Christmas and New Year.
- Bonus pot: Our staff are eligible to participate in a discretionary bonus scheme based on our annual targets.
- Enhanced Parental Leave: Eligible employees on Maternity Leave receive full pay for 12 weeks. For Paternity Leave, we give full pay for 4 weeks.
