Are you passionate about shaping the future of Cranbury College's alternative provision offer? We are seeking a strong leader to evolve and expand our alternative provision offer to support schools within the local community. This will include developing and implementing re-integration support, individual learning plan pathways and bespoke packages to ensure positive outcomes and next steps for students.The role will focus on collaborative work with staff and external providers to create effective learning provisions and promote Cranbury College's culture of 'No Limits Learning'.
About Cranbury College
Cranbury College is a Pupil Referral Unit and Alternative Education provision for young people ranging from 5-16 years old. We support learners who have been permanently excluded from mainstream settings and provide preventative support to those who are at risk of permanent exclusion.
Additionally, we support those that unintentionally exclude themselves from education and children who cannot access school for medical reasons. We are a multi-site organisation which includes our primary provision, based at College Road and secondary provision, based at Cranbury Road.
We have an Outreach team Secondary students that provide specialist support within schools and a Hospital Teaching Service based at Royal Berkshire Hospital who provide education to children on short and long term stays. Cranbury College is a fast paced, energetic setting where we pride ourselves on a strong team ethic, always working together to create a nurturing and supportive setting for our student's alternative pathway to success.
About the Trust
Maiden Erlegh Trust is committed to developing a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative community of highly effective schools that deliver excellent education opportunities for the children and young people of the communities we serve. Through our work we will ensure that our children are equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to deal with the demands of an ever-changing world.The Trust currently comprises eight schools in the local area, with a variety of settings including primary, secondary, special and a PRU.
