Geography Teacher - Leicester-based Secondary School
Start: 28th April 2025End: July 2025 (End of the Academic Year)
Timetable: Full-time long-term role
We are working in partnership with an Ofsted ‘Good’ Secondary school in Leicester who are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher to teach Geography at Key Stage 3 and 4. This is a full-time and long-term role, potentially until the end of the academic year.We are looking for somebody who has relevant experience working with 11 – 16-year-olds within the last 2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Geography lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Predominantly teaching KS3 with a possibility of year 10.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography or a related field
- Proven experience teaching Geography or Humanities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
