My client is an exciting high growth Technology business within the e-commerce software sector, with a focus on proving a POS system to independent retailers within the Cycle, Equestrian, Lifestyle, fashion and Outdoor sectors.

Alongside the software products, my client also offers Digital Marketing Services such as managed Google Shopping Campaigns, Email Newsletters, Email Automations and On-going Design Services delivered by their very own design team based in the Manchester Offices.

Due to ongoing growth, my client are looking to expand the Accounts team to include a Finance Administrator - one that is knowledgeable, skilled and demonstrably effective at B2B communications.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Raising and sending of sales ledger invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit Card Reconciliations
  • Expense Processing
  • Invoice processing
  • Successful management of credit control & debt collection
  • Accounts administration
  • Contract negotiations

Essential:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • GCSE (or equivalent education) in Maths and English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Flexible, professional and team approach with the ability to manage own workload
  • Strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of SAGE would be useful but not essential
  • We are looking for somebody with previous finance & credit control experience who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic organisation.
