We are recruiting for our client located in Basildon who is recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their existing team

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Full-Time

About the Company: Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain company, committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions. They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Basildon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse software and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
