Graduations Business Analyst
Role Introduction:
The Graduation Business & Data Analytics team is responsible for multiple aspects of data management across Graduations operations, including business intelligence, data analytics, governance, and quality.
The Business Analyst focus specialises in using modelling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, identify, and analyse data. With a graduation focus this role reports to the Data Lead and fundamentally focusses on all aspects of data management across internal graduation workstreams and pathways.The role also extends to work packages data analysis and competitor pathways.

What You Will Do:
- Performs statistical modelling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualisations of trends and patterns that are consumed by a range of cross functional stakeholders.
- Works with business insight and understanding to collate, present and display key data insight that will be used to execute the Graduate strategy.
- Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources
- Creates and maintains statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data
- Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.
- May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions
- May include company-wide and web-enabled solutions
- Focus on quantitative analysis using data from internal and external sources to provide insight for decision-makers
