Location - Altrincham, Hybrid working supported
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step in your career? Due to the exciting expansion of this firm's Residential Conveyancing department, we are seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join the growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic group of legal professionals.
About the Role:
As a key member of the team, you’ll manage a diverse caseload, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales
- Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service, using your expertise to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish.
About you:
- At least 3 years PQE (or equivalent experience) as a Residential Conveyancer
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well both as part of a team and on your own initiative
- A passion for delivering a high-quality client service
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
