Salary: £28,521 - £31,524 Pro Rata Term Time Only
Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and passionate team.

The Role Will Include:
- Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum, working with individuals, small groups, and whole classes
- Assisting with planning, delivery, and assessment of learning activities under the direction of the class teacher
- Leading class sessions (HLTA level), when required, including planned teacher absence
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment in line with our Christian ethos
- Promoting high standards of behaviour and engagement among pupils
- Contributing to the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of the children
We Are Looking for a Candidate Who:
- Has experience working in a primary school setting
- Holds a recognised TA qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) or HLTA status (or working towards)
- Is committed to the holistic development of every child
- Demonstrates initiative, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Is supportive of the Christian values and ethos of our school
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
