- Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
- Hybrid 4/1 with flexibility in school holidays

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, line managers, and key stakeholders, providing expert HR guidance on everything from talent strategy and capability management to flexible working and organisational change.You’ll also take the lead on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair and effective resolutions that align with our client's values and policies.

- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on HR support
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Key strengths in Employee Relations case handling
- A sound understanding of Reward activities around job evaluation and frameworks
- Confidence in advising senior leaders and driving meaningful change
