Job Description

Accounts Payable Assistant (remote):

• Manage and process invoices accurately and promptly.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes on behalf of the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files and contact information.
• Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and reports.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in all accounting practices.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with other tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant (remote) should have:

• A solid foundation in accounting and finance principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
