Town Planner - Southampton
I am excited to be working with a Hampshire local authority on a rare opportunity for a Town Planner to work in a major project development team.

Key Details:
- Experience: The opportunity is open to candidates with 1–2 years+ planning experience in the public or private sector, preferably within a Development Management / applications focussed setting
- Salary: £32,486 to £38,322
- Hybrid Working: Two days in the office, three from home
- Excellent travel links by road and rail to the wider Hampshire area
- Responsibilities: Initially handling smaller, but interesting planning submissions/applications with the opportunity to take on larger pieces of work as you progress
- Permanent position
