Commercial Real Estate Lawyer, 6-9PQE, Int. Firm, London

Our client, an international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate to join its London office.

This role involves acting for a broad client base on a range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on the hotel and leisure sectors. These include providing legal advice on landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions, development and funding arrangements, joint venture arrangements, and real estate finance.

The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified and have 6-9 years PQE gained at a recognised real estate practice in the UK. A strong academic background and stable career record are required for this role.
