We're looking for a Social Creative to work on some of the agency’s most exciting accounts, with a focus on coming up with original, unexpected and culturally informed content ideas in the world of Sport. You’ll be answering briefs for global brands, with engaging, authentic social-first ideas that entertain or surprise and get saves and shares – ideas worth talking about, as we call them.
Your ambition should be to go beyond the everyday Sport content we see in our feeds, and make work that’s unexpected, striking and brand building beyond just copying trends. You will love making work that's part of culture – work that people actually want to see in their feeds and lives.
To be considered, your book must have examples of creative ideas for Sports brands executed at speed with originality and flair.
You are likely to have strong skills in art direction, copywriting or another creative discipline, but the most valuable output of your talent will be the ideas themselves.
Requirements
What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere- Generating culturally focused creative ideas for Sports brands with strong conceptual insight for social.
- Art direction across all stages of a project, from concept to completion.
- Successfully directed creative execution on shoots and in post-production to ensure the delivery of award winning work.
- Hitting deadlines, collaborating with wider agency teams and presenting to clients.
- Create Ideas Worth Talking About that are innovative, fun, inclusive and provide clear solutions to client challenges.
- Contributing new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
- Interest in Sport - that doesn’t mean an in-depth knowledge of every single sport, but being very passionate about at least one Sport, and understanding what makes Sport great in general, is a must.
- Wider cultural interests across music, culture, fashion, art etc
- Experience establishing yourself as the go-to person for resource needs
- A desire to always take full accountability for your results/deliverables
- Being solutions-driven and confident in vocalising them
- Take a proactive interest in and demonstrate a passionate commitment to the creative output of the agency.
- Contributing new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
