Twyn is seeking an Influencer Manager to play a critical role in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and execution. Responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers to amplify our brand and drive user engagement in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

As the Influencer Manager, you will collaborate with our content teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with Twyn's values. You will analyse campaign performance to continually refine our approach, ensuring that we maximize opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy that aligns with Twyn's overall marketing goals.
  • Identify, research, and outreach potential influencers, engaging them in meaningful partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaigns from conception to execution, including briefings, contractual agreements, and delivery timelines.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging influencers, and advancements in influencer marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Influencer Manager or similar role in marketing or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics, with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Creative mindset, with a knack for crafting compelling pitches and partnership proposals.
  • A passion for entertainment and culture, with a keen understanding of trends and audience engagement.
