A Legal 500 firm in Woking is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded and busy team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of cases involving freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity etc
• Provide support to other fee-earners with queries on matters and support the growth of paralegals and trainees

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor or legal executive with ideally 3+ years of PQE
• Proven expertise in conveyancing matters
• Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence
