THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY TEAM:
The Commercial Property Team provides comprehensive advice on property and land acquisitions and disposals, development, and portfolio management, regularly advising both landlords and tenants on leasehold issues for commercial and industrial premises, which include office blocks, industrial units and retail units.
The Commercial Property caseload you will manage will cover:
Acquisitions and disposals of retail units, offices and warehouses
Joint ventures and development agreements
Landlord and tenant issues including rent review, services charges and dilapidations
Property management
Documentation of alterations and change of use and assignment and underletting
