Heathfield Gardens is a residential care home located in Tibshelf for up to 11 adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Who you are:
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, kind, and caring person to provide active support to our residents here at Heathfield Gardens.You will be adventurous, outgoing and willing to participate in the chosen activities of the people we support.
Every day is different, so we are looking for someone that is filled with enthusiasm, motivation and with a positive outlook.
You will be someone that can encourage the people we support to feel settled and calm.
You will need to live within 15 miles of Tibshelf due to shift times.
