Production Team Member - Days / Afters rotation
Ranskill, Nottinghamshire
Shift Pattern:- 2 week Rotation Week 1
- Monday to Friday 6am – 2pm Week 2
- 2pm - 10pm
Salary:- £26,480

Manufacturing is at the heart of our operation, it's where we fulfil the customer promise and produce the UK’s leading brick and masonry products! It’s within this successful team that we’re recruiting for a rotating Days / Afters Shift Production Team Member.You'll work within our busy manufacturing site Operating Machinery, hand-powered tools, and mobile plant such as Forklift trucks to move stock around the site. You’ll learn all about our manufacturing, safety, quality, waste, and OEE techniques and processes.
You will work as part of a skilled team to manufacture high-quality concrete products using the best technology and ensure that health and safety at the heart of everything you do!
Don’t worry if you’ve not worked in our industry before; we can teach you everything there is to know about Manufacturing. All we ask is that you have a positive ‘can do’ outlook, be a good communicator, and have the willingness to learn.
What are the skills required?- Experience working in a Production/Manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential
- A strong work ethic
- Good level of English, verbal and written
- Basic computer user experience will be required
- Current accredited FLT licence (preferred but not essential)
- A forward-thinking individual continually looking at improving processes and wastes
- Knowledge of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
