Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Facilities Compliance Technician to join our team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, supporting the Facilities Coordinator with administrative tasks and fostering an environment that reflects our pursuit of excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the process & support of onsite contractor activities
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Coordinator and team.
  • Maintain accurate and organized facility-related documentation, records, and reports.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules and managing contractor relationships.
  • Help manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for facility operations.
  • Support health and safety compliance initiatives and maintain documentation related to safety inspections.
  • Respond to inquiries related to facility operations and assist with problem-solving.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance facility management practices.
  • Perform other duties as required by the Facilities Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a facilities management or operational environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Adaptable and able to work well under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
