Do you know how to manage TFL as a stakeholder Our client is looking for a Senior PM to manage a large scale residential build. This build is close to a railway station so needs someone who knows the intricacies of TFL bureaucracy.
Responsibilities
Oversee project from start to finishManage project budget
Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Managing people and materials on site
Requirements
Experience managing projects in conjunction with Network Rail and or TFL5+ years of experience
CSCS Black Card
NVQ Lvl 6
First Aid and Fire Marshall qualifications preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
