The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with students with special educational needs, such as Autism, ADHD, or physical disabilities
- Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about helping young people achieve their best
- Be flexible and adaptable to different school environments and individual student needs
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role is desirable
- Relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning, are a plus, but not essential
