How you can excel in this role:
As the People & Culture Administrator, you’ll be detail-oriented and proactive by efficiently managing the administration of ourPeople & Culture (P&C) functions for approximately 700 team members. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely processing of
P&C administration, compliance with statutory requirements, addressing P&C-related queries professionally, and supporting the
onboarding, induction and training processes.
What you will bring:
You'll bring previous administration experience and excellent organisation skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail toensure timely completion of the large volume of P&C processes. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new
systems quickly, will enhance operational efficiency. With excellent communication skills, you will have the ability to deal with
queries in a caring and efficient manner, building trust with team members and colleagues.
