Working for a company on the outskirts of Bristol, on a hybrid basis (3 days per week on-site, 2 days remote working) to start ASAP on a short 2-month interim contract.
Your new role- Handle logging, assignment, and timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests; escalate when needed
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Control access to networked resources
- Provide onsite and remote support to end users
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software
- Communicate with end users and follow up on open and pending tickets
- Identify and suggest improvements to IT services
- Supply new hardware and reimage existing devices
- Troubleshoot hardware issues
- Experience working within an IT Support environment, ideally in a 1st / 2nd Line IT Support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, macOS, and Active Directory administration
- Experience of managing Cloud technologies such as Office 365, including Exchange Online (with Advanced Threat Protection), SharePoint & Teams, and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with SQL Server (or equivalent)
- Experience working within an ITIL environment
Day rate up to £140 per day (Inside IR35)
- month contract
