Customer Service Assistant

First point of contact for SANS customers.
- Communicate via telephone and e-mail.
- Provide first-class customer service.
- Maintain databases.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service and marketing, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Ensure calls to the Service Desk are answered and dealt with in accordance to required service standards
- 2 years experience in a customer facing role.
- Competent using Microsoft suite - particularly Excel.
- Experience using Salesforce is desirable.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Task orientated.
- Additional language skills.
- The ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
