  • Communicate via telephone and e-mail.
  • Provide first-class customer service.
  • Maintain databases.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service and marketing, ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Ensure calls to the Service Desk are answered and dealt with in accordance to required service standards
Requirements
  • 2 years experience in a customer facing role.
  • Competent using Microsoft suite - particularly Excel.
  • Experience using Salesforce is desirable.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Task orientated.
  • Additional language skills.
  • The ability to work independently and with a team
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
