• Salary dependent on experience (Circa £80k - £100k)

A global business that specialises in vitamins/supplements is looking for an Operations Manager to develop and drive its UK offering. The role will oversee business operations, sales and product innovation/supply chain management. Please note to be suitable my client are only considering a proven leader with a strong background in the vitamins/nutraceutical industry.

Duties will include:

• Developing expansion plans and partnerships
• Ensuring efficient production and cost optimization
• Driving sales and customer engagement through multiple channels
• Ensuring compliance to legislation
• Manage budgets and costs
• Manage sourcing and logistics
• Building a team (sales and marketing)
• Stakeholder management - investors and partners

To be considered suitable you will need the following skills and background:

• A senior level background within the nutraceutical (vitamins/supplements) industry
• Proven skills in overseeing sales, operations and growth
• Experience of launching new products in UK/EU
• Strong financial management experience
• Experiencing of scaling up a business (team recruitment and sales)
