Part time Property locum
We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in the East Midlands on a part-time basis.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will take on a variety of commercial matters, which may include:
- Sales and purchases of land or property
- Leases and licences
- Tenancy Agreements
- Compulsory purchase orders

The position is for an initial period of 3 months and is to start immediately.
This role can be done on a remote working basis but if those can attend the office, this is also advantageous.
