What You'll Do:
- Engage with internal and external customers to provide support and guidance.
- Assist Field Collection agents with queries and system updates.
- Carry out regulated debt recovery procedures.
- Coordinate Court dates, Warrant execution dates, and external contractors.
- Manage high caseloads, ensuring client targets are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling difficult situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent phone manner.
- Top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Salary of £22,308
- Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm
- Office based
- Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
