Customer Care Specialist
Sheridan Maine are actively recruiting for a Customer Care Specialist to join a dynamic organisation based in North Hampshire.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls and dealing with queries whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key duties of the role will include:
- Answering and logging incoming and outbound customer calls
- Monitoring and dealing with customer contact via live chat and email
- Assist and resolve customer queries
- Understand and identify customer needs
- Referring customers to relevant departments when required
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent customer service background ideally from a call centre or similar environment
- Able to quickly build rapport and strong customer relationships
- Desire to provide outstanding customer experience
- Experience of upselling / sales is desirable
- Highly motivated and target driven
