Due to expansion of our Service Management function we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join us as a Senior Support Analyst. You will be joining a brand new team that is going to develop and implement an ITSM strategy across all of Digital Information Services (DIS).

The post is 37.5 hours per week between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday based at our offices in York. Fixed Term/Secondment for 18 months.

For currently NHS Employees this position is available as a secondment opportunity and you must seek approval from your current line manager prior to applying

The main duties will involve:
  • Working with all the different technical and administrative teams within DIS providing them with Service Management support
  • To represent DIS to key contacts within the trust.
  • Support the Incident, Problem, Change Management functions.
  • Assess departments performance against SLAs.
  • Ensure new IT Services are effectively onboarded
  • Maintain support documentation & guidance

Successful candidates will ideally have knowledge & experience of working within the ITIL Service Management Framework.
