About Our Client

Our client is a fast-paced and innovative FMCG company based in Milton Keynes, known for its market-leading brands and commitment to operational excellence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and organised Finance Coordinator to support the finance team with day-to-day financial operations and reporting.

Job Description

Finance Coordinator
  • Coordinate daily finance activities including accounts payable and receivable support
  • Processing invoices, credit notes & general admin work
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
  • Monitor cash flow and update daily cash reports
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely approval and processing of invoices
  • Assist with preparation of VAT returns and other statutory submissions
  • Maintain fixed asset register and support with CAPEX tracking

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Coordinator should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar finance role (e.g. Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Coordinator)
  • Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
  • Good understanding of core accounting principles
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
