A successful Customer Service Assistant should have:

• A proven track record in a customer service role within the Business Services sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Safeguarding experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

• An estimated salary range of £24,500 - £30,000 per annum
