Deputy Home Manager (Residential Care)

Salary: £29,000

40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join our client's residential care home, which specialises in providing exceptional care for individuals with autism. As a Deputy Home Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Home Manager to maintain the highest standards of care and support for their residents, ensuring a nurturing and inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above, showcasing a solid foundation in care practices and expertise in supporting individuals with autism.
  • Demonstrable previous experience in a senior role within a residential care setting, specifically with individuals with autism, reflecting a profound understanding of their unique needs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration and team management within a compassionate and empathetic environment.
  • A person-centred approach with a genuine passion for working with individuals with autism, demonstrating empathy and dedication to enhancing their quality of life.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in residential care, ensuring compliance and the delivery of high-quality care.
