Deputy Care Home Manager required in Bath to join a developing care provider who specialise in elderly and dementia care!
The Registered Home Manager is looking for an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager who has worked in the care home sector for more than three years and ideally worked in a senior role such as team leader, unit manager or deputy manager to help support them in the day to day running of the home.
This service in Bath provides first class residential care for the elderly and those with dementia, over the last 10 years its built a great reputation within the local area and within the care community.
You must have the experience and knowledge to be able to lead the care and support staff on shift, promote the highest standards of care and ensure compliance. You will be hands on with the team providing training and support.
You will be provided with training and support from the home manager and from the organisation in general to help develop your management career.
To apply you must have:- NVQ3 in Health and Social Care
- knowledge of dementia care
- understanding of CQC / Care standards
- good communication skills
