Office Administrator Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a an organisation in the medical and health industry based in North London. In search for a Office Administrator to join their team. Location: North London Salary: £25 000 - £27 000On site: 5 days in office The Role: As Office Administrator, you will assist with the day to day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the logistics of medical device distribution to hospitals.
Responsibilities: Process customer orders and update inventory systems.Handle customer orders and coordinate picking, packing & shipping.Maintain stock records and conduct inventory checks. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in logistics administration and customer service (healthcare/medical devices preferred).Proficient in Excel, Word, OutlookHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills.NHS procurement knowledge is a plus.
