Operations Training Administrator
We are looking for an Operations Training Administrator to ensure all colleagues receive the necessary training at our head office in Steeton, West Yorkshire.
This role involves assisting with internal training programs, managing schedules, and supporting team development throughout the Operations department.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm OR 8:00am - 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: £12.40 P/H

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the design and delivery of training programsMaintaining up-to-date training records and ensuring adherence to schedules
Creating and managing training schedules, including record-keeping and delivery timelines
Updating and revising training programs as needed to reflect changes in the work environment
Coordinating training room schedules with internal departments
Booking training courses and providing participants with booking details
Distributing training materials, including instructional notes and feedback forms
Issuing certificates upon course completion
Occasionally supporting training delivery activities
Skills and Experience:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to design and create training materials
Working knowledge of MS packages - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Must be able to display the Acorn Values
