Job Description- File documents with courts and other agencies electronically or in person
- Maintain and organize case files, both physical and digital
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
- Manage attorney calendars and deadlines
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Conduct basic legal research and fact-checking
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
