Job Description:

You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet stringent security and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C++.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
• Implement software solutions that are secure, efficient, and scalable.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer with a strong focus on C++.
• Experience in the Defence sector or a related industry is highly desirable.
• Must be able to commute to Bolton.
• Must hold a current SC Clearance.
• Must be a British National.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
