About Our Client
Page Personnel are supporting an established Manufacturing & Production Business in Keighley, Bradford who are looking for a brand new permanent Management Accountant to join the company. This opportunity will work alongside the Finance Director contributing to the management accounts as well as ad hoc duties.This position is a full time role over 4 days (37.5 hours) so every Friday off and is salaried up to £40,000 per annum.
Job Description
As Management Accountant reporting into the Finance Director, you will be successfully responsible for preparing the management accounts such as balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments and variance analysis etc.
You will also be contributing to fixed assets and stock monitoring when needed, alongside other ad hoc duties such as VAT returns & ledgers for example.
The Successful Applicant- Qualified by Experience or studying either AAT, ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
- Previous experience of Management Accounts such as Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Accruals, Prepayments and Variance Analysis for example.
- Knowledge of stock will be advantageous but not essential.
- Happy to contribute with day to day ad hoc duties such as ledgers, VAT returns and petty cash.
- Comfortable with excel such as Vlookups & Pivot Tables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Key eye for details.
- Salaried up to £40,000.
