Digital Content Manager
National Express are recruiting an experienced Digital Content Manager to join to the team at our Head Office in Digbeth, on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will lead on any content projects from multiple National Express brands to ensure new website developments are used effectively and our new tone of voice is demonstrated across all channels.
Hybrid basis: 2 days per week in the office
What you'll do:
- Create and control a digital space that envelops multiple websites, blogs and social media channels, promoting our key values and customer-focused approach, as we inform and offer their best possible transport solutions
- Serve many different departments with their content needs, from new webpages, to writing and editing copy, as well as offering sound and flexible advice and feedback when required
- Build a content plan that can be followed and developed throughout the year, collaborating with stakeholders from across the business to ensure their digital marketing needs are met
- Use data analytics to provide evidence for content changes and website development
- Work alongside our skilled team of developers to build new functionality for the website
What you'll need:
- Ideally 1-2 years experience managing a website and making key decisions regarding the direction of its content
- Experience in using CMS to build and maintain websites
- Copywriting experience for a range of audiences, particularly with SEO in mind
- Experience within the transport sector or Ecommerce experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills - across technology and business stakeholders
- GA4 experience desirable
