Disability Assessor - PIP - Holsworthy
Salary: £39,500 per year + excellent work-life balance
Location: Holsworthy / EX22 – Hybrid (50% home, 50% on-site)

Who Can Apply?
We are seeking Adult Registered Clinicians who:
- Are qualified and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent (NMC, etc.)
- Have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in your clinical field
- Adult-Only Occupational Therapist
- Adult-Only Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Adult-Only Paramedic
- Adult-Only Physiotherapist
- Adult-Only Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong IT and typing skills to efficiently manage case documentation and reports
Key Responsibilities
As a PIP Disability Assessor, your role will include:
- Conducting functional assessments for adult claimants applying for PIP
- Assessing how a person’s condition affects daily living and mobility
- Writing clear, detailed, evidence-based reports to help inform PIP decisions
- Engaging with claimants in a professional, compassionate, and supportive manner
- Working independently, while also collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Utilizing IT systems for report writing, case management, and maintaining accurate records
- £39,500 salary with a great work-life balance
- Monday to Friday only – No weekends, evenings, or bank holidays
