Digital & CRM Account Manager
In addition, you will be supporting with our CRM work flows and managing data processes.
Your tasks will be to execute the digital activity for each market and focus on verification, accuracy and completeness of all digital campaigns across our Monday.com boards. As part of the role you will work with the Senior Account Manager to support in the CRM work flow process and work with internal teams for each BAU campaign.This role requires commitment, resilience and a keen focus on project management as well as the responsibility of customer service delivery, as well as operational excellence.
Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring that digital briefs across all markets are scheduled in accordance to the client campaign deployment dates across paid social media and Whats App advertising.Work with internal stake holders to ensure all digital campaigns go live on time and are monitored during campaign periods.
Working closely and maintain great relationships with our internal marketing performance team as well as the Field Marketing Consultants in each market to keep the team informed of progress, deal with any issues and maintain strong communication with all internal stake holders.
Supporting the Senior Account Manager in the CRM set up of campaign deployment, this will include data work, checking assets, updating work flow tickets and liaison with different internal teamITG departments. Other responsibilities include overseeing updates to our marketing portal, updating campaign calendars and assist with our BAU workflow as well as supporting the Account Directors in client monthly meetings and minute taking.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient management. and delivery of our digital campaigns
- Identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to drive through multiple projects.
- Act as key client advocate.
- Key KPIs to be delivered on a weekly basis.
- Research and provide insights to client reporting.
- You have a client-centric approach
- You’ll hold experience within multi-channel marketing specifically social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Whats App for Business)
- You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple, multi-phase projects at various stages
- You hold meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
- Your organisation and communication skills will be second-to-none and you’ll be a team player with a positive attitude
- Able to problem solve and remain calm under pressure
- You’ll be flexible and able to work in a fast paced, hard working environment and demonstrate commitment to the role and to drive development
- Experience within a similar role
- Computer literate with strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint/Keynote
