Advanced Nurse Practitioner Buxton, Derbyshire Wednesday and Friday 8am - 5pm Buxton Medical Practice is an innovative, expanding Practice in the beautiful Spa town of Buxton. We are currently looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to provide a same day triage and care service for our patient population and a full or part time basis.
Ideally, with the Independent Nurse Prescribing and Nurse Practitioner qualification, you will have experience of A&E/Urgent Care/Walk in Centre. You will be responsible for providing a high standard of care using advanced autonomous clinical skills, providing appropriate education and advice for informed decision making regarding treatment and patient centred packages of care.

Duties include triage, minor illness clinics and urgent care, face to face, over the telephone/video and within the home environment.
