Job Description
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior managers
  • Manage complex diaries, organise meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence of a highly confidential nature
  • Manage communications between the executive office and internal or external contacts
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative systems and procedures
