An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice to join our Executive and Curriculum Administration Services team at Bede Sixth form College. We are looking for a motivated and organised individual who will contribute to our Vision, Mission and Values:

- Provide an administrative support service to the ECAS team at Bede
- Provide administrative assistance to support the varying needs of College staff
- Operation of the College’s franking machine to process both internal and external post
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- A desire to pursue a career in administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus
- Full training and support to gain a recognised qualification in administration
