Façade Consultant Salary & Benefits- Salary: £40k - £60k (DOE).

- Conduct façade structural and thermal calculations.
- Prepare detailed reports and specifications.
- Contribute to the development of tender packages.
- Provide expert advice on materials and systems used in façade construction.
- Develop specifications and performance criteria for façade systems.
- Conduct surveys and report on defects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in an engineering role within the façades sector.
- Proficiency in report and specification writing.
- In-depth knowledge of façade systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, clients, contractors, and project managers.
- Ability to commute to Glasgow or Edinburgh.
