As the company continues to grow, they are looking for someone passionate about financial management to support their expansion.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and analyse monthly accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making and performance evaluation.- Manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.- Oversee and improve financial processes and controls.- Liaise with external accountants for year-end financial statements and tax compliance.- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.- Assist in the development of financial strategies and business plans.- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required by management.Qualifications & Experience:- Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant, ideally within a small business environment.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage) and Excel.
