In Business Technology Solutions (BTS) we specialise in navigating our clients through the complexities of large-scale, technology-driven transformation programmes, using our skills to drive outstanding delivery. Your role
You would be joining the Change Enablement & Adoption team within Capgemini. They are a team of over 70 Change and Learning Professionals working across all industries to create people centric solutions for clients undertaking technology change projects.
At Capgemini we have a number of thriving Package implementation teams, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, Pega, etc.
Our experience tells us that these teams will only be successful if we can partner them with effective Business Change.
Within your role as Business Change Lead, you would be expected to:
- Develop a highly motivated team of Business Change consultants, drawing on the Transformation and Change talent within the Change Enablement & Adoption team.
- Partner with our technical teams in other business units to develop customer focussed and compelling Business Change offers.
- Work with our Market Unit sales teams to build a pipeline of package aligned Business Change work.
- Inspire, guide and deliver our Business Change projects through your practical, hands-on approach.
- You will also be a key member of the Change Enablement & Adoption leadership team, managing our growth, coaching and mentoring our people and thriving in our diverse, vibrant, informal and fun culture.
- Experience of selling, pre-sales and delivering Business Change relating to package implementations including products such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, etc
- Fantastic consulting skills – facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, working with uncertainty, thinking on your feet! – will all be second nature to you
Proven experience in the application of Business Change for IT enabled change programmes:
- Stakeholder analysis and planning
- Communication strategy and planning (ideally including delivery)
- Involvement in education and training with experience of conducting training needs analysis work
- Business analysis skills around business case production
- Change impact and business readiness assessments
- Culture change work
- A track record of building, inspiring and developing teams.

Your security clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
